Ernie - the service advisor did a great job in accommodating my demanding schedule which made it easy to drop off my car for service, obtain a loaner vehicle that I ended up keeping for an extra day due to time constraints, and finally returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle. I've dealt with Ernie many times and he always exemplifies the high ideals of professionalism and good quality customer service.

I came up to Chapman bmw on Camelback from tucson looking for a 340i with a manual transmission and they had the one I liked. Ask for Steve Murphy, he is an experienced salesman and knows what he is talking about. He took care of me and my requirements and I left happy with a brand new 340i.
