Steve Murphy is very professional, courteous and friendly. He educated me about each BMW model of my interest. Steve helped me narrow it down to the one that fit my needs and the body style I was looking for in a vehicle. This is my first BMW and I'm having lots of fun driving it! I had purchased a Range Rover Evoke and was disappointed with the electronics and the get up and go ... it was so SLOW on the take off. The electronics were also frustrating due to it shutting down as soon as I came up to a red light to stop. Finally I went to the BMW dealership and the first person who greeted my sister and I was so kind, funny and very personable. He made us laugh from beginning to end. It was a total pleasure to work with Craig Rusin. He worked very hard to get the vehicle and deal that worked for me. He is more than a sales representative. I bought by first BMW from Chapman BMW on Camelback back in 2011 from Artin Majidi. I had it serviced there until I was in the market for a new one (5 star service department too, by the way.
