Even being hundreds of miles away, the communication with Sammy was great. He was proactive in letting us know availability of the car we inquired about as well as a few others. Having worked with countless dealerships, I'd say that Chapman is definitely one I'd recommend.

I first met Steve Murphy a few years ago when he helped me get a great price on a car. He beat the competition and made the whole process stress free. Circumstances led me somewhere else for my last car, but I heard from Steve periodically, and so I kept him in mind, and this year, I called him to help again. Steve is honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. No high pressure tactics of any kind. I cannot say enough about my experiences there, and will definitely see them again.

I called and spoke to Sammy about a specific type of vehicle which was not available at this dealership. I will say it’s rare to find someone that took the additional time that Sammy did to actually help me locate the vehicle request, even if it’s was at another dealer. That’s true customer service! Sammy may have not benefited that day from additional time he took, but I would definitely consider going back due to the experience Sammy provided during our call! Much appreciated! I have dealt with Michael Ludtke both times we came in for maintenance. Michael is great and ALWAYS stays in contact with me on where our car is in the process of maintenance or warranty work if needed. Purchasing a vehicle is pretty stressful, at least for me. However, Sammy made the experience pleasurable!! Steven had all my paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. Sammy however, helped me out when I had a problem turning in my leased vehicle to another dealership down the street. He even gave me a ride in one of those hot and fast BMW's!!! Fun!! I would highly recommend working with both Sammy and Steven.

Ryan contacted me 2 or 3 times before I could get back to him, leading me to believe he was interested in our business. He was happy to set up a time for us to meet, when it was convenient for us.
