Sammy DeStefano did a great job helping me look at a used Golf R. He had it pulled up out front and ready to go before I had even arrived at the dealership. Sammy was very knowledgeable about BMW and vehicles in general, a true car guy. Even though he doesn't work at a Volkswagen dealership he was able to talk with me extensively about the Golf R, a rare vehicle, and its long list of modifications. Came in with a very a disturbing brake noise. The noise was quickly verified and the car was immediately passed to the shop for diagnoses and possible repair. A defective rear brake pad was found and the rear brake pads replaced while I waited. Great service.

Inquired online. Spoke to a few dealerships but really appreciated Champman Camelbacks laid back no pressure approach. Ended up buying a new car the next day. The worked with me on the price.
