This is the 2nd time we bought a vehicle from Chapman BMW, and 2nd time with the same sales person Craig Rusin. Craig is absolutely a delight to buy a car from. He is very professional, extremely helpful, communicates very well, works in your best interest, and best of all does not pressure you at all. I had an issue with my 320i. After the weather finally cooled off in Phoenix, my Tire Pressure monitor kept coming on. I called my regular service Adviser and he was out ill. The Service Manager, Doug answered my question and said to come in and they would take a look at it. I found out my tires were set too low and Chapman BMW took care of it right away and gave me the information needed to keep my run-flat tires set with the correct pressure for cooler weather.
