Just purchased a used BMW from a used car dealer and had an issue with the brakes. Since it was still under the new car warranty I went to Chapman and asked them to check for a problem which they confirmed. It took them a great deal of time and effort to fix the problem but got it done. In the meantime my Service Advisor advised me of a late breaking Service Campaign on the fuel tank pump and got that done too. I was searching a specific year make and model only when I found through Chapman. Geoff was awesome, respectful, non aggressive, but informative. Craig Smith scheduled my service and I met him for the first time last Friday 5/19. He checked what service was required on my vehicle and provided me an estimate. Its never fun to spend money on auto repairs, but Craig was a true professional. During the service some wire damage was observed by the technician. Craig let me know and allowed me to see it. Kim went the extra mile to ensure I found the perfect car at a great price! Was in touch with me constantly throughout the 3 month process to find the car and had it displayed beautifully in the show room when I went to pick it up! I had a great experience from the time I first called the dealership and connected with Geoff Williams to inquire about the 2015 Land Cruiser that they on their lot. I had been looking for a very clean one and so I asked Geoff the condition of the interior.
