I was extremely happy with how I was treated by Sammy. No high pressure tactics or stupid sales techniques they teach in seminars so it went very fast and extremely smooth. I went in thinking I was going to buy a different model (5 series) but he showed me an X4 that was not even on my radar and I love it. X4 3.5i M series I think it is called.

I started leasing through chapman BMW back in 2015. I walked away with a 328i that I was smitten with. Fast forward 2 years later and a couple thousand miles...I needed help. I had 14 months left on my lease and needed to get out of a car that I had inched over miles on. Just bought my 3d BMW from Craig (428i). This was the easiest buy ever. After 5 minutes on-line I picked out the car I wanted from posted inventory, sent him a credit card to hold it. An hour later I had all the papers. He even drove it to me at my place in Sedona! Never saw the car until Craig drove it up my driveway (in a summer storm, no less). Talk about service! Craig is fantastic--knows the cars, the financing options and respects the customer's time. I will never buy from another guy. Thanks Craig!

Joe Helms just took care of the regular service on my X5. I initially brought it in only for this work, but Joe checked out the recall list and found that additional (free) service should be performed. He arranged for a loaner car, and kept me informed of progress. Joe keeps my X5 in tip top shape and this gives me peace of mind.
