Within moments of my request yesterday, Patrick was able to get me in to check the status of my tires, as to which I had been afraid to drive for much longer after the alert on my screen. Within an hour, my car was readied and washed, and a tire replaced. I am repeatedly impressed by Patrick's professional integrity and diligence, for which I am grateful!

I work for a .com company and don't wanna seem biased but these guys did a great job. I have been working with Sammy D for about a month and a half. I am pretty particular about what I wanted so he kept at it and found me the perfect car. Sammy is a true car guy and Tom (manager) was great as well. My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned or new vehicle after our previous car was totaled. While doing an online search we found a BMW 328 on Chapman Camelback's website. To preface my review, I have always dreaded the process of car shopping and negotiating with car dealerships simply because I don't trust them and despise their pushy sales tactics. JC went above and beyond for me. I wanted to drive quite a few BMW's and he stood patiently every time and then asked whats next. I am not sure any other Salesmen would of put up with as much indecision. He seemed to understand me as a driver and know what to expect next. I wanted to drive a few cars on other Chapman lots. Stopped by to look for something new and after an easy and fair buy I drove off with my new car. The transaction was easy and low key which is nice. Worked with Sammy who was very professional and respected my time. Good follow up so will certainly be back for a car for the wife.
