President of Operations Vehicle was missing the infotainment system a key technology component. Dealer never offered to replace although I requested it. The touch up paint was scribbled on and was very sloppy. I requested a second key and none was provided for the 750i. I will not purchase my next 7 series from BMW of Dallas as a result. This is my 6th BMW purchase and my 7th will transact from a different dealer.

Engine Replacement/insurance claim Damean Brown did a super job of coordinating the insurance claim and extensive repairs.

Mister I made an appointment months ago for a service and a loaner car. When I arrived in Town my car wouldn?t start and had to be towed. When I called the dealer I was told I could not get a loaner. After several hours the service manager stepped in and resolved the issue

Totally dissatisfied! Total dissatisfaction!!! I took my vehicle to BMW service department, because I have been trusting that they actually was fixing, installing and charging the correct amount of charges for a job well performed. However, I am not sure how long they all have been doing this to me and other customers. I received my vehicle thinking that they performed the job listed in the paperwork they gave me. First time BMW owner I love my x6, just didn't like interaction with getting my first service. I think infiniti spoiled me. Crest infiniti when they were on central exp way Plano was great ( I had my G37 10 yrs). This BMW spot charges for gas with loaner. My first BMW, multiple attempts to make first service appointment. after in person and 4 calls, they finally picked up my car at pick up spot. Would not buy a used non BMW here. The buying process was slow for it to be a cash sale. I was at the dealership for over 3hrs. The car that they advertised was not really ready for sale. They did a rush job through inspection. The only thing they did to the car was shine it up and change the oil. The sales guy was nice and knowledgeable but he made the usual sales promises that never occurred with the car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! VERY DISHONEST This place is a classic "bait and switch". Advertised 3 cars available and none were on lot. Tricked me into an appraisal on my car which kept me there over an hour when they knew they had no cars that I was looking for. Very pushy and did not listen or respect my needs. Will not use again.

Unresponsive service The quality of the repairs seems to be good. However, the service rep did not return my call and I had to leave work to go to the shop in person.

Bewildering Experience We've owned 3 BMW 5 series from new, and four BMW motorcycles and have a strong affinity for the brand, which makes our recent service experience at BMW/Mini Dallas so unusual and disappointing. Two things: 1. The primary purpose of the service appointment was to evaluate a "Drivetrain malfunction" error code. I suggested that they evaluate the turbo boost solenoid, but after a $200 software update and test drive, I was told the problem was fixed. Great!
