Car service Took car in for oil change. Left at 10 am. No update, then received a text prior to 3 pm, that I would receive an update by 3 pm, no update was given. At 5 pm, I tried texting the service technician and got no response. At 5:30 pm, I called and was told he would call me back, At 5:45 pm, he called and said the car was ready for pick up,

Car purchase We?re repeat customers. While Frank A is a nice guy AN took advantage of us. I recommended others but we clearly were taken advantage of. If we could return the vehicle we would. Did even get an orientation to our new car.

Busby Very dissatisfied with service this time. I am grateful that they did use their valet service to pick up my vehicle as I was unable to bring it in myself. But someone failed to advise service manager that the vehicle was there (5/5/20) so they were late getting started on repair(recall) that was supposed to take a couple of hours. Bmw Dallas service Did not hear anything from my service provider until car was ready for pickup. Not a big deal but communication would have been helpful. I am spoiled by service at Sewell.

Consumer Got appointment on date (and time) wanted. Very short wait (maybe 15 minutes) for Service Advisor who kept me informed via text of service/repair progress. Only inconvenience was driving to and from appointment.

Not the same oil change service! I brought my 528i in for an oil change on 4/15/2020. Now in the past, my car was not only washed but also vacuumed out extremely well and it was one of the reasons that I always had my car serviced at BMW of Dallas, that and the fact that they checked my fluids and would add fluids if needed. Worst customer service ever! The location on Lemmon ave has a lot of dishonest people in place, will not revisit nor do business with BMW again. FYI if your car has a full coverage warranty done expect any repairs to get done. This place sent me on my way with my car leaking fuel and was aware of it ?? When is ok to put a human being life at high risk over a few dollars. Especially when lazy Mechenics at your delarship fail to do the work the first time.
