Amazing service I'm a first time BMW owner and BMW of Dallas has made me a proud owner with their over and above quality and service. Norma my service advisor arranged for a lyft ride to pick me up at 10pm to drop my car off and a lyft ride the next day to take me back to my car where they finished all the recalls and let me know what all other issues my car had. The process was very smooth never complicated and overall very impressed. Keep up the good work guys your killing it.
