Service for a sucker Service advisor sold me an engine service at 48k miles that wasn't needed until 60k miles (I found out later). The "engine service" ended up to be just a spark plug change for $775.24 Shop Fees Tax. The line item for spark plugs had each of the six plugs charged at $32.88 a piece. Turns out I was that day's sucker. I purchased a BMW because of service that I had received on my first BMW twenty years ago, that trust is gone.
BMW of Dallas Took the car in for an oil change and was told about other issues. I was thankful to know about the issues and not told.

Warranty service work on 2012 BMW X5D I go to this dealer vs the Plano BMW dealership closer to my home because I have had negative experience there and favor the service and policies at this BMW dealership.

Service experience at BMW of Dallas I will never be back. Took in for a bulb replacement and BMW wanted to charge me $425. My mechanic charged me $92. BMW also said I needed to change belt tensioner for $560. Took to my mechanic and not a thing wrong with it. They also happened to find an oil valve leak that would cost $1500, BMW was surprised to find out I had a warranty on my car that would cover the cost. They only charged the warranty company $800 instead of $1500. I will never do business with BMW of Dallas.
Lacking When I arrived at the dealer for my scheduled service it took some time before I was even acknowledged and then when someone finally approached me I was told to go wait inside. I was given no further instructions other than to go inside.
1 hour to drop the car off It took almost an hour (57 minutes) to drop the car off for service and drive away with a loaner. Then I got my car back 2 days later, not even washed
