Unfortunately service experience Unfortunately the sales people in this service department are hustlers, so know it when you put in the car in for its annual service and oil change. Recently i popped in and also asked them to review a engine light that had popped. Retuys I am very dissatisfied with the return calls for service
3 hour wait for oil change I was there to get my car serviced-oil change. The wait was 3 hours. My service advisor told me it would be an hour and a half, but it took 3 hours. During that time, he never updated me on my car. I had to find him to ask about the status of my car. He didn?t look up at me when he responded which was very unprofessional. Overall, the wait was super long.
BMW OF Dallas Why am I using Auto Nation Survey to rate BMW of Dallas? When I didn't purchase my car from Auto Nation. BMW of Dallas don't have their on Survey site. This has been the second time, I have came to get my car service. Last year 2021, I came in August to get my Sun roof fix and I paid for that service and they didn't do that. NOT HAPPY I had an appointment, and still had to wait an hour to get checked and get my loaner car. That is frustrating, and it would be very helpful if when you make the appointment, you are told that the process may take an hour. I was going to have a good attitude and not focus on that issue, then when I picked up my car, I was told that my car was washed and vacuumed. President of Operations Vehicle was missing the infotainment system a key technology component. Dealer never offered to replace although I requested it. The touch up paint was scribbled on and was very sloppy. I requested a second key and none was provided for the 750i. I will not purchase my next 7 series from BMW of Dallas as a result. This is my 6th BMW purchase and my 7th will transact from a different dealer.
