Customer service not at all I took my BMW X one to BMW Mimi of Dallas I have yet to receive I call about the repair.

anaarden98@gmail.com I thought I was getting a complimentary winter evaluation and wound up replacing a 2017 BMW battery with a brand new BMW battery. What really took me back was that the mechanic who worked on my car sent me a video of the evaluation process, results, and recommendation to replace the battery. The use of a visual was a first for me and I appreciated the effort, especially since an Arctic front swept through our area and my car actually started when needed.

Amazing Shop Love this repair shop, I have used them several times for repairs on my BMW X5 due to accidents. Every time I get the car back, it's like new. I have not had one issue post any of the repairs they have done, and some were definitely more extensive then others. While I hope I don't have another incident anytime soon, glad to know I have partners like AutoNation who will take care of me professionally, seamlessly, and with great quality and care.

Love the Thoroughness and the Honesty! Scheduled serviced convinced of two issues (sunroof switch and suspension noise) and left wincing in pain about what they would cost to fix. They said the sunroof was corrected with a software tweak, and they couldn't find a problem with the suspension. I asked them to try again. Still couldn't find it. So I went down and drove with the service manager... and I couldn't replicate the noise. He said they may have tightened something that cause it to go away but didn't know for sure. Car ... read more
