Buyer beware I purchased a used vehicle and I?m really dissatisfied with the lack of honesty I received. I was told I wouldn?t be able to test drive the vehicle because it was being detailed ( first red flag). Don't Do It! I am not going to be a horrible to you all as you have been throughout this entire car and repair process.... To consumers, I would recommend you go anywhere but here: BMW Dallas.
Not satisfied I took my BMW to get an oil change and service because my engine light came on. After talking to the representative and explaining I needed my car back the same day he promise the oil change and service check will be done by end of day, he even provided his personal numbers. After calling the 30 times leaving 5 voicemail the representative did not answer my call nor call me back. It took 3 days for him to return my call only to try and charge me 10000. Car service They had to order a part but never called back and did not answer my calls or return messages so I?m still missing the part. Service was extraordinarily expensive.
Non-responsive dealer BMW of Dallas Called to buy vehicle. Spoke to Karol(spell?) and told her I wanted to buy the vehicle at the price advertised. She promised to send quote and buying info and that was the last I heard from her until -frustrated- I called back 4 days later. These guys seemed unconcerned with selling me a car. Amazing. They must have too much business to handle more sales. Too bad.
Awful I have bought several cars and BMW Dallas. The 2017 530i was a totally Lemon!! I won?t be buy anymore cats from this location.

what a mistake Salesman Max was great patient helpful and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately all customer service stopped with BMW of Dallas at this point. The business guy you have to meet with Peter was not helpful and a waste of my time. Just trying to get more money. for a maintenance plan. Awful! Zero stars. I keep hoping they?ll do a better job each time, but sadly always disappointed. Not only did they make me almost an hour late for work despite choosing an earlier appointment time to provide buffer force delays, but they pride themselves on following COVID protocol only to give me a loaner car with used sanitizing wipes and a face mask that belonged to someone else.
