bmw of dallas service survey Purchased my car from them. Have had to have it in the shop a couple of times but what is frustrating is that our service writer did not keep us informed on my car we would have to call her and leave messages and she wouldn't call us back. I was also upset that I would call to speak to service manger vincent and leave messages and he wouldn't call me back either but he WOULD call my husband back. Flat tire and travel inconvenience My car was towed to BMW of Dallas the Wednesday before thanksgiving due to a flat tire. I went ahead and got the offered oil change and they asked if I wanted to upgrade my navigation system, which i agreed to also. There was some issue and they broke the nav so I had to keep the rental over the weekend which prevented me from driving to Houston as planned. Review of Max Gomez / Carrie Polito -BMW of Dallas Max Gomez and Carrie Polito were fantastic. However, the transport company was terrible. The driver was not responsive and the car arrived two days late. During transport, the driver had not properly secured the car and the rims were damaged in the process, further delaying delivery of my new vehicle. The transport experience was unacceptable, and thankfully Max and Carrie helped to remedy what they could. They each receive 10/10. Transport was a 0/10.

Horrible experience Horrible experience in regards to regular maintenance on a vehicle. Unfortunately it is the only BMW dealer close to me in Dallas, so I have had to use them on multiple occasions. Very disappointing.

oil change This was my first oil change with BMW of Dallas. I had a scheduled timed appointed and it still took an hour and a half to get an oil change.

Simple transaction, but not a very good experience We had a very simple transaction. Probably one of the easiest sales they made this year. I found the car we wanted on Cargurus.com. 2013 Subaru Outback. I called on a Saturday evening to ask about the car. Joey said the car was there, but he had no information on it, so he would send me photos on Monday morning. Joey followed through as promised, so I went to test drive the car during lunch on Monday. Great general manager Check received on today, thanks to Mr. Huck Hibberd, the general manager. When he realized on yesterday 09/23/2019 that we hadn’t received the refund on Saturday, he had it sent to us via overnight FedEx. It was delivered around 9:30 this morning 09/24/2019.
