Mitch and Scott were great and very professional. Mitch offered a loaner car which was helpful.it allowed me to get my errands done during the service rather than needing to do it afterward.
I have owned four 3-Series BMWs (e36, e46, two e90s) prior to my current one (F30), and know these cars very well. Mitch's background as a service technician allowed him to not only answer any technical questions that I may have had but also discuss the best longterm plan for maintaining my car. No pressuring, no "sales pitches". Even though they were close to closing time, we were not rushed at all and given plenty of time for test driving and questions. Everybody we dealt with was super nice and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase from there.
Scott is always good at letting me know what I need to have done as apposed to trying to sell me everything that I could be serviced. The repairs are always timely and necessary.
Scott and the team went above and beyond to find a solution for my X3 and my repetitive check engine light issue. Offering the courtesy car and then driving to meet me half way when we switched vehicles back was greatly appreciated. X3 now performing better than ever.
