Great place! Being from out of the Spokane area, when my car needs service, your fitted into their schedule. Doesn't matter which service rep you get, they will always take care of yours and your cars needs. If you don't want to wait for the service, they will give you a vehicle or a ride to shopping, golf, etc..
You guys took great care of us like you normally do! We wouldn't go anywhere else! The BEST of the BEST! We want to say a heartfelt Thank you!

Fixed my water pump and everything else in my 335xi. Was upfront with all the repairs that needed to be done and even showed me so i could see that it was messed up. They even drove me to the mall while i waited for my car to be fixed, and to my hotel.
Service department was extremely helpful and professional. The bill was less than quote and Scott went above and beyond and got extended warranty to pay. Thank you Scott at BMW Spokane.
