No complaints. Everybody at the dealership was professional, I knew what I wanted and they had it on the lot, so I was in and out after about three hours, which is above and beyond most luxury dealerships.
I have been looking for a car to purchase and have test driven several over the past couple months. I have never owned a BMW before but started looking at them more seriously for the past several weeks. I located a vehicle in Seattle but decided to check out the local Spokane dealerships. They went above and beyond what I expected. They delivered the car to me to drive. It was a fast transaction, which I really needed. I bought a Subaru from them it wasn’t even a BMW, but the service was high end. You could feel the difference of being in a high end car lot as opposed to everything else.
Had to get two of my cars airbags recalled. 1st car was extremely quick turn around. Unfortunately the 2nd car needed its airbag ordered, which is fine.
I did a bit of pre-qualification process before going to the dealership. So, I was prepared. We walked in the door, was met by Stuart and the process was very smooth from there. The whole staff was very aware of each-other and they work very well together to get me in my new car. I was very impressed with my experience and would recommend anyone to them. Great job guys!!!
Got me in a day early, did oil, brake fluid, filter, and wipers. Back on the road by 2pm. Geat service! Very friendly, welcoming staff.
When you buy a BMW you are allowed to be choosy. Tyson helped me order the car from Germany. Seamless, awesome process. Great guy. Will buy another car from him again.
