I love going into the Spokane BMW shop. I took my 2015 in for service and walked out with a 2018 hybrid. My first ever. I loved the service from all the shops. I especially love my new 2018 BMW 40e. Merry Christmas to me!

Adel our salesperson showed enthusiasm and a sincere belief in the BMW product. He drives one. Everyone I dealt with seemed to really enjoy their jobs. As a manager myself that speaks well of the organization. Adel wanted to make sure that all of our questions were addressed and He has continued contact after we purchased the vehicle.

I bought my BMW from another dealership in Spokane. I live in Moscow, ID. Since I don't want to drive all the way to Spokane, i would always take my car to Toyota of Pullman for general maintenance. So when I took it in last month, Toyota told me that my crankshaft is leaking and needs to be replaced. The estimate was $3,500.00 only for the work not including parts.
