I had my 2013 328xi tires aligned at Lithia BMW in Spokane. My experience was fabulous. I left Missoula MT on Friday at 5 am and got to Spokane at 7 had breakfast and was at the dealership by 7:45. My car service was completed by 10:00 am. Kevin Risley is my contact and he was efficient and spot on. He even had a minor issue with a taillight lens repaired in the same time frame. Scott scheduled my service, walked me through the process, and was very helpful when it came to questions and concerns that I had. When my BMW needs service, Scott will be the first person I call.
The entire team at BMW provides such an outstanding level of care for their customers, I will never shop anywhere else. They went above and beyond to ensure the transaction be smooth and totally tailored to my needs. I cannot say enough good about my entire experience or recommend them any higher!
I was absolutely impressed on my experience from the first minute I pulled into the service bay. Not only did my vehicle get a quality service, I was treated like a passenger flying First Class. Relaxed waiting area, great snacks and beverage. I can’t wait for my car’s next service.
Took my new BMW in for a new tire. was on travel but the communication was outstanding and when I came in Friday afternoon, late - staff was still engaged and friendly and had me on my way in 10 minutes. no waiting, great service. was wonderful to see

I was early to my appointment.The service department took the car in anyway and arranged for my loaner with no problem. My car was ready when promised.
