Courteous and well prepared for our service. Car was done in a timely manner. Was surprised by the cost to replace passage seat mat sensor,will do myself and after investigating how to do replace it I now know why.
Purchased my older gently used vehicle. The staff here drive BMW vehicles as well and understand the product well. They work hard to give clear answers and information. I advise anyone to use this BMW dealership for any purchase of new and used vehicles listed on their website. They mechanically go through every vehicle with a fine tooth comb. If it is not in order, they will NOT sell the vehicle on their lot. Purchase with confidence here!
My 2016 BMW was declared a total loss before it even had its first oil change. :( Scott took excellent care of us through the insurance estimate and total loss declaration process. Our insurance adjuster even commented on how great BMW was to work with! I have purchase/leased five different vehicles from Spokane BMW and each time was very happy with the dealership. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service writers are the best.
Kevin worked me into the Wednesday service schedule--Pat checked me in and made sure that I got the wheel alignment checked. Both Kevin and Pat arranged for a speedy pick-up and drop off by the shuttle. The shuttle driver was speedy and accommodated my schedule. Kevin just makes the whole process easy every time. And I love the latté machine.
The service department is easy to work with, kind and helpful. They realized there was a mistake in my bill and called me immediately to initiate a refund. I really appreciated that they were looking out for my welfare.
Scott was easy to reach and a very responsive service representative. He called back regularly and quickly after any calls that I place to him regarding my vehicle. I appreciated the ease with which I was able to reach him.
From the moment you walk in this dealership stands apart from others. We knew the car we wanted and were able to quickly take it on a test drive. Once we returned the purchase agreement went quickly and we were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. Anyone who has purchased a car before knows that this is almost a record time.
