I have had different vehicles serviced at BMW of Spokane for many years. Everyone I've dealt with has been professional and helpful, they are always ready for me [I live 200 miles away], and my vehicle is always ready when promised.
Kevin did a great job from explaining the service required and also summarizing the service once completed. The service took less time than expected and I received my car back the same day.
Kevin was professional, personable and articulate! He thoroughly explained the findings of the mechanic in terms I could understand and went as far as showing me by opening the hood on a BMW displayed in the showroom and checked for understanding. Great job!
I brought my X5 to the dealership in the hopes I could get a fix for my floor mat. The velcro pulled off the mate and it was sliding up by the accelerator. Very uncool. The service rep took one look, checked the inventory, found one in store! Within 20 minutes I was out of the dealership with a new floor mat at no charge. That's a good warranty. Jerry
Scott is the absolute BEST when it comes to detail and service! I can always count on him to get me in for a service call, borrow a service car, and recommendations for prioritizing repairs.

This is part of the free service for BMW. I received an email that service was due after calling to have the sun roof squeak looked at. They fixed that and also did a service saving me an extra trip
