It was quick easy and we got what we wanted. A very nice care for a great price. They were easy to work with and they did it on our schedule.
Tyson made our first BMW purchase a fantastic experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided superior customer service before, during and after our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our new car or the dealership we bought it from.
Took an 1.5 hours to wrap our deal. The knowledge of the staff is second to none. From the salesman to the finance man to sales manager it was superb service. The BMW genius was the cherry on top!~ Sloan knows his stuff and was very patient. I recommend anyone looking at BMW to visit these guys.
I custom ordered a 4 series GC. Tyson was extremely friendly and helpful from initial test drive through final delivery. He provided help with color choices and provided great feedback on which options to purchase or avoid. We ended up with an uncommon build that looks great. Tyson called frequently to keep me updated on the build and delivery process. Was on a road trip, so had to budget time. The service people at BMW Spokane were fast and efficient, and had me out by the promised time.
My experience at BMW of Spokane was great but even more so the service provide by Tyson Snook was a major reason why. Tyson's customer service is top notch. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs and never once did I feel pressured or directed to something I was not shopping for. He was prompt in his response to my questions, he was polite and very professional. Because of my experience and dealing with Tyson, I will continue to refer people to him to experience how shopping for a vehicle should be.
Great customer service, quick work, convenient with loaner car provided. They know my name, they ask if I need anything while waiting. I feel well taken care of and they genuinely care about my experience with them, alwaysgrear, why I'm a return customer!
