Great Experience with staff @ BMW Spokane. Everyone is so nice & friendly. Great coffee bar and TV's. The waiting are is cool & comfortable. Shuttle & loaner cars too if you don't want to wait. BMW Spokane always takes care of me & my vehicle.
Good service, did not get the name of the service representative, The rep need to be more personable, somewhat quite but appeared to be efficient with his job . The waiting area is clean and neat with good hot coffee.
With information at our fingertips via smartphones, we know a good deal when we see one. The "X" factor is always Trade appraisal. Thanks to Tyson truly working hard to continue working with our budget parameters, we were able to get the Volvo XC90 we wanted and a very fair price on trade. I can always count on Scott to be honest. I was due for more maintenance but he went the extra mile and asked his mechanics about holding back until next service date. Kevin is sharp and always offers great customer service. He does not pressure you into getting something you don't really need and does not make you feel like you don't know what the xxxx you're talking about. Interesting right! Usually Service Advisor's do the exact opposite. Sounds like Kevin should be making Management soon. I wish every dealership had a guy like Kevin. 5 star customer service!
Was traveling through town on my way home which is 150 miles away. I experienced a tire issue and they placed me first in line. Absolutely took care of me and sent me on my way as quickly as they could. This team is waaaay better than my team at home.
