Air bag recall. They installed the replacement bags in a timely manner. They had not been as proactive as I would have liked in terms of informing me of exactly when each of the 2 necessary airbags were available to install. This is in marked contrast to frequent communications marketing their new vehicles, but I suppose this is to be expected. Kevin was courteous and responsive, as was the woman in parts, I suppose Teresa, in conjunction with this specific service need.
I was very impressed with the top shelf customer service from Kate, Joseph and Ron. They made my buying experience pain free. I would recommend this team all day long! Thanks for everything, Jeff.

1st service visit for our 2016 BMW X3. We had an appointment for our 1st service. The service took less than 1.5 hour, included new wipers and oil change. The customer waiting area is very comfortable. Our car was returned washed and vacuumed. We were very happy with our service experience.
I had to change the time of my service and they were very accommodating and finished the service when they said they would. Kevin was very friendly.
Joseph sold us on the test drive with his knowledge and enthusiasm about BMW's. When the vehicle that we test drove sold, we were disappointed but Joseph went above and beyond to get us the exact vehicle that we wanted. Everyone else that we dealt with was professional and friendly. We will definitely go back when we are in need of another vehicle.
