Even after 7 years, I get treated as if my X5 is new. Kevin is quick to remember the concerns I have about my car. It has been a pleasure having someone know me AND my car.
The service department is excellent. Our service advisor, Patrick, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely interested in seeing we had a good experience. Whether it is Joe in management or Patrick or Scott in the service department, we are treated in a friendly manner by people who are knowledgeable and go out of their way to make our visit enjoyable.

I was very attached to my faithful 1999 Mercedes ML 430 but my wife insisted it was time for a new car. She also convinced me that because of its location, buying a BMW made better sense than buying another Mercedes when it eventually comes time to service the car. Kate was a fantastic sales representative. Buying a vehicle is never an easy or fun experience but Kate was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I hated to trade my car in, expanding family forced sell, and Kate noticed that and respected that. Brett, our sales advisor, was great. He respected our timeline for decisions and helped us compare several models and options. He was quick to respond to our questions and very honest about both pros and cons of our issues. Neither he nor his management ever tried to "up sell" us or push us for compromises.
