Service...just call Scott, he has saved me a ton of time and money by taking care of things for us (which is a 4 bimmer family) and really have grown to appreciate all he does for us... Finance... Kate Duske was so friendly and personable! She allowed me to take my time and think it out as much as possible. She and Ron were very nice throughout the entire process. I'm waiting for a response on some admin issues from someone else at the company, but overall the experience has been great!
Great service that was provided in a speedy and timely manner. Kevin was superb and very customer focused to assure that we received the best service for our car. Also appreciated the shuttle driver who very efficiently and kindly took me home. Almost look forward to our service calls! New latte machine is appreciated.
Courteous and thorough. Replaced both windshield wiper blades and rear window wiper blade. Also did the yearly oil change. Checked with me periodically to see if I needed anything.
