Our experience at BMW was outstanding. Everyone that works there has a great attitude and are not "pushy". It reflects on what an excellent job the manager is doing there at BMW. We love our car and will continue to shop at BMW.

I just bought a lightly used 3-year-old BMW from Spokane BMW. The car was originally located on another dealer's lot 300 miles away from Spokane. There were some early hiccups in the transaction that caused me some frustration related to confusion/delay getting the car delivered to Spokane. Found the vehicle online and contacted them via email since I was traveling to the area for work. Showed up to the dealership and contacted the David when I got there and the experience was painfree and simple. Was a great buying experience.
Jayson was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. From dealing with our warranty people to making sure everything was perfect all while keeping us in budget was truly great. We will be loyal customers because of people like him. I owe that man a case of beer.
I was most particularly impressed with the demeanor of the salesperson(s). I had one young man accompany me on the test drive, and another take over for the sales portion, as he had contacted me originally. I did not feel pressured or feel I was being used as a "backboard" in the negotiations. Everyone was up front and friendly and it made an overall non-stressful experience.
Service completed as requested. Staff was pleasant. The work was completed in a timely manner. Car was washed and kept clean inside while working being completed.
