I had problems connecting with the department but once I was in the system everything was wonderful. The department is being remodeled and the computer where not working correctly but the staff was able to log in the old fashion way; reading the vin#
You need to plan for more vehicle orientation if the customer is located hours from your facility and/or is not familiar to recent changes in BMW technology. It can result in many calls and frustrations to establish the learning curve. Need more effort explaining condition based service and the BMW maintenance and warranty program. Scott always goes above and beyond to make sure my experiences with BMW are pleasant and the the work performed is complete and satisfactory. I like that he recognizes me when I come in and that he makes me feel welcome. Once again, Scott found issues of which I was unaware and ensured they were repaired without any inconvenience to me. My expectation was that I would be without my car for 2 days, and Scott was able to get the work completed within half a day! And I love picking up my car clean and shiny!
Everything went as explained and vehicle was finished on time and in great shape ready to go. Left the next morning as I planned. Everything good.
On short notice, Scott was able to get my car serviced in a timely manner. It was cleaned very nicely. The service dept. has improved greatly over the last year. Keep up the good work.
After visiting ALL of the other "high-end" dealerships in search of a mid size SUV, my wife and I had decided to purchase a Range Rover. I wasn't completely sold on the Sport or the sales approach at the local dealership, but it seemed to be the best choice out there. So we drove to Camp BMW to see what they offered. I brought my car in for a couple of issues. One was a failed cooling fan. This was replaced quickly and correctly. The parts had to be ordered, I was given a loaner vehicle for that time. Pleased with the quality pleased with the quality of work done and customer service
This was my first experience with the service department after purchasing our new 2014 528i xDrive. Once I connected with the service writer with whom I had spoken on the phone (Jayson), I was greeted with a smile.
