Just purchased a used 2003 BMW through a private party and brought the car to Camp BMW in Spokane WA. for service for the first time. I live 35 miles away and invested half my work day to have my car serviced. I must say it was well worth my time. Absolutely great service, friendly staff, staff at all levels from the manager down to the service staff was friendly and helpful. Free snacks and drinks, tv, waiting room was comfortable. I have had the extreme pleasure of being looked after by the Service Advisor Michael Platt at Camp BMW in Spokane Washington. I have a 2011 X5 35d of which I have had warranty work and service done at the dealership. Mr. Platt is very knowledgeable and explains technical things in a manner that a novice can understand. Mel and Matt always go above and beyond for me. My car broke down and they gave me a loaner car the same day and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. First time car buyer here! I was extremely impressed with the employees that allows this company to run so smoothly. Our purchase involved a used vehicle originating at a dealership over 600 miles from our house. Because it was at a dealer in the Lithia group, we started by calling the closest Lithia dealer to us in-state hoping to find a quick way to get the vehicle transferred.
