Super knowledgeable about everything about my car, patient, willing to answer all the questions I had. He spent ample time with my prior to purchase as well as after the purchase going through and showing me every single thing in my car. They are very willing to work with you and get you want you want.

Everyone at this dealership is highly professional. My CA, Brad Epstein, was friendly, courteous and responsive. Got in contact with service early in a given week explaining what I wanted done to my vehicle. Over the next day or so regular email correspondence was established to negotiate timeline and price. Parts and appointment was scheduled shortly after and I was then to wait for parts to ship from Germany. I was told this would take 2 weeks, but I lucked out and they came in a few days. This team exceeded all of my expectations. I have never had such a positive experience in leasing a new car and they made this process as painless as possible. They took the time to ensure that I fully understood all of the features of the vehicle prior to my leaving the lot. First thing Saturday morning I walked into the BMW of Watertown service department to get an oil change as determined by the message system in my 2010 X3. I've always had it serviced at the BMW dealer since I know they'll inspect it and wash it while it's there.
