This was my second BMW after my first one was totaled in an accident and so I knew the BMW "experience". Paul was a fantastic salesman! No one could have been better or nicer. I knew what I wanted (a new 4 series Gran Coupe -- in RED and the options). He was extremely personable and helpful with selecting the options that I would actually use.
