This was my first purchase of a car. I walked in, after going to a previous dealer where no one helped me, and I was in awe of the facility and the quality of professionalism of the staff. I honestly went in with no intention of leaving with a car. I wanted to see if a BMW was even feasible for my budget. Came to BMW Alexandria to get more familiar with the X1 vehicle and do a test drive to understand the performance of the 4cyl Twin Turbo. Was greeted right away by Jeff and felt no pressure. He addressed our must have options and did a great job finding the exact vehicle. Had intended on doing some additional shopping of competitor vehicles but after finding the perfect vehicle and the great pricing we received, we purchased. Overall, very nice showroom and amenities.
