I had been looking for this particular vehicle for some time. It had everything I wanted in an X3. The interior, exterior, features and price were all on point. I found it on the internet. One rainy Saturday I traveled from New Jersey to make the purchase. After having been in contact with Jeff Rodriquez for a couple of days, he made it happen. I got everything I wanted. Jeff made the trip worthwhile. He was kind, patient, and pleasant. He was everything you want in a salesmen. Thank you Jeff Rodriquez. You Rock!!!!!

I just leased my second car from BMW of Alexandria and couldn't be happier, been dealing with them for 3 years. My salesman on both the new and the old vehicles, Nabil Haddad, made all the arrangements, put my new car on order just the way I wanted it, kept me up to date on progress, worked all the leasing arrangements, enabling me to end my old lease 3 months early. I first visited BMW of Alexandria in June 2016. At first, I was just surveying the inventory they had on the premises. After about an hour, I was approached by Salesman Leigh Ross. He of course asked us what we were looking for. We weren't sure at the time as we were just starting to look for my replacement car which was a Volkswagen TDI. i drove by the dealership knowing that I wanted a BMW but had not committed to a date. After Leigh Ross (Client Advisor) patiently listened to what I wanted in a SUV including price, mileage, style we sat down at his desk and he showed me the inventory that meet my qualifications. After driving 2 different models I decided on the X3 and ask to have the evening to discuss it with my husband. We purchased a 2013 335i CPO from Nasir. Since the car was used we expected some blemishes, there weren't many. Nasir ensured all of them were rectified to our satisfaction. Since we live in Southern Maryland, it is a challenge to get there, on every trip the entire staff bends over backwards to ensure our satisfaction.
