We recently needed to upgrade our car and had very specific objectives in mind. We did a lot of research and zeroed in sedan and suv choices amongst the three German auto manufacturers and then reached out to two dealerships of each in our area. The response we got was very telling (and symptomatic of our experience in subsequent visits to the dealerships). Both BMW dealerships were a league apart with friendly and helpful conversations. By the time I had arrived to the Alexandria BMW dealership, I was weary and exhausted from visiting at least 4 other luxury vehicle dealerships, including another BMW location that I will not name. I just purchased a 228i xDrive from BMW of Alexandria, and I was extremely pleased with how smooth the car buying process was from start to finish. Throughout the whole process, Leigh Ross has been an excellent salesperson to work with. BMW of Alexandria is an outstanding dealership and Jeff Rodriguez is a a wonderful sales person. I connected with the dealer through the BMW internet site and Jeff responded quickly. We set up an appointment and he was on time and offered great advice on my selection of a 528i. While I was looking for a brand new car, I selected a preowned two year old vehicle due to the BMW warranty program, low mileage, and excellent condition. I am always sceptical about car sales people...BUT....Hadi changed my perception. He was knowledgable, patient and honest. I could not have asked for a better salesman!!! Thank you for making the experience seamless!! Following the purchase, Lila stepped in and proved she was a BMW Genius! Job well done explaining all of the features in the car to me. This is my 4th BMW sedan from this dealership and I am continually impressed with the quality of service offered. My sales advisor, Hossein Alavi, knows what he's doing and kept working with me to bring me a deal to my liking. I cannot recommend them more highly.
