Jeff Rodriguez went above and beyond in providing exceptional service when my wife and I were looking to purchase a 2017 BMW X3 SUV. Bought a pre-owned 2013 328i in great condition. Biggest selection of pre-owned 3 series I have seen anywhere. Our sales rep, Jeff Rodrguez was pleasant, personable, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. The dealership also provided tech support to go over all the functions of the vehicles on board computer before leaving.
I purchased my First BMW last weekend. Paul Blakeman was my agent. He was a pleasure to work with! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable!! my experience with BMW of Alexandria was great.
