Paul provided outstanding customer service throughout the car buying process. I went to the dealership looking for a used BMW. Paul H. Blakeman my BMW salesman was nice, kind, and really went out of his way to make sure that I got exactly what I asked for. He didn’t try to push any other products or add-ons. So Paul was reccomended to me by two of my co workers. Paul has been a great salesperson. He is friendly, clear in his communications, flexible, and honest. I have negotiated very good deals with him-- so much so that I have referred close friends, and came back for a second purchase in less than a month. I know the pricing/incentives/invoices of BMW inside and out (lots of research), nobody else in the DC/MD/VA area could match or beat Paul's pricing.
Met with Paul to look at a new BMW 3-series and was impressed from the get-go: Paul was at once open, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is clear that he was enthusiastic about both he product that he represents and his commitment to the customer.
