"Drive to Denver" I am reviewing the Service Dept. We had a BMW years ago when we first moved to the Springs and we sold it and one (not the number 1 but still a reason) was how bad the service dept treats customers. I can say these guys are consistent. Having gone to Ford, Mazda, VW, and Subaru Service departments, no one treats their customers like more than the folks at Winslow. "certified BMW" Andrew, Jim, and Jake were great! I bought a certified BMW. Unfortunately, it wasn't disclosed that a smoker had previously owned the car. When the heater is on the smell of smoke is strong, the cabin filter needs to be replaced. It was delivered with a few issues that Winslow will take care of next week. I am also dissatisfied with how dirty the car was inside. I am disappointed but hope to make the best of it. Had I known all of the issues I would have bought a new car instead of "certified". "Felt totally unwelcome and ignored!" Several service personnel made me feel totally unwelcome. Looked at me as if I don’t belong there! I would absolutely make the to wherever the next BMW service center is!

FRAUD, MISLEADING,LIES at this dealership. Also I do not believe in all those positive reviews ever placed to this dealership. Be extremely careful with you credit aka leasing or financing vihecles here , after approving my loan Neill Erdossy said I have to come from San Francisco to sign documents but before they said I'm not supposed come to Colorado, they simply socked all my personal info and they ruined my credit for nothing. Tried calling Genevieve 3 different times. Finally just asked to speak to any sales rep. Greyson was the " sales rep" I worked with. I explained to him that I wanted 13k for my car no less. I didn't want to waste anyone's time with games so I asked that he assure me of that. I've calls me and says he met my request, i show up and the offer me 10k! 4K less then the blue book value. There was I hail damage! I went to the Denver Downtown BMW and they offered me what I was asking and agreed that thee was no Hail damage! It's sad that you Genevieve can speak About something you did not witness. As I recall you were'nt there when I brought the car in. When we spoke about it over the phone I told you there was no hail damage. Really sad that I had to drive 90 mins away to Denver to buy a car. If I could give a zero I would. I went there yesterday to find out about BMW, as I own a Mercedes Benz now. I was looking to upgrade. From the min I walked in I felt profiled. Maybe he did not think I could afford a BMW. Was walking the lot with my two friends and he went to walk by us not really wanting to speak to us, at least that's how he made us feel. I bought a 2008 BMW 1 series convertible, used. Two years later, with 1800 miles traveled, after an oil change I am told it needs rear brakes. Checking all paperwork since I had purchased it, the amount of rear brakes was no different than when I bought it. This leads me to believe that the car needed brakes when they sold it to me and just passed off the maintenance to me when they sold the car. I have since sold both of my BMW's and would not buy another from Winslow.

I'm one of those people who hates car dealers more than dentists. But not here. Darren is a good as they come. Zero, and I mean zero, pressure. No fake talk. None the "it won't last long" or "what can we do to get you into this car today?" garbage. Just a regular guy who sells cars. I'd go back, and they are 60 miles from me, and there are several BMW dealers closer.

Appointment made for oil change took them 4 plus hours to complete that was with an appointment buy a BMW every time you need service kiss the day away.
