He took full interest in our satisfaction without being influenced by the fact that we were shopping for a used versus new vehicle. He was well versed in the full line of models and explained in detail all the administrative and financial aspects of the purchase. When we are ready to transition into a new model you can be sure we will visit Otto's and seek out Robert to be our advisor.

I got a great price ( and I did shop around at other dealers) without all the back and forth nonsense that some dealers make you go through. Otto's gave me the best trade in too on my 5 year old BMW. I have been using Otto's for service for 5 years and they are excellent as well. Highly recommend Brian and Otto's!
