"New Tires or New Car??" Decided that it made more sense to trade in my 2012 3 series car for a new upgraded model. Robert Madden explained that the 3 series had experienced a major upgrade in 2019. Looking through models in stock, I actually found my preferred color in a 2019 model. The bottom-line deal was perfect! Happy customer!

"Excellent Efficient Dealership" We've had our previous BMW serviced at Otto's. Always very professional, on time, and courteous.
