"Great experience" This was my first BMW purchase and it was a great overall experience. Lorenzo was very polite and easy to work worth. They even notified my insurance company of the change, which is something I'm used to having to do myself when I purchased new cars from other dealerships. I had no trouble selecting a car from Otto's significant inventory, which was detailed and ready for me to pick up the next day!
