Ultimate Service I have never experienced better service before is an understatement. The truth is I have never experienced service on this level. The entire staff is superb. Monty, Dylan and Antwan in the service department are indescribably awesome. Eric in sales is the best! Thank you guys for a great experience and service!

Quality, quick service. I feel like royalty every time I have gotten my bmw serviced. If it i have something serviced other than a typical oil change, they give me a car to drive until mine will be ready. When I do wait on my vehicle I always get asked by several employees if they can get me some water, soda, coffee, and even a snack. We have been using Dylan Long as our service advisor. Safety Recall(s) Very courteous and professional folks. Scheduled recall replacement was completed as estimated and they even washed and vacuumed the vehicle. I did not buy my vehicle from them but the dealership appears to be first class all the way.

They???ve always done right by me. My service rep is Jack Tester. I trust Jack completely. He always answers his phone, is VERY knowledgeable, & when it???s necessary to call me back with answers to questions, he doesn???t make me wait all day or resort to calling him again. That is a very important quality that some reps just don???t understand. Jack???s got it down! My car was repaired & returned to me quickly. I am thankful to the dealership, & to Jack. I always feel well taken care of when I leave.

Very Accomidating Angie Brown was very accommodating when we had to leave my wife???s X3 over the weekend for repairs. She waited on us to get back to the dealership to pick up a loaner car so that my wife could have transportation when I went out of town on business.

BMW purchase Friendly staff clean showroom and restrooms. Great product. Tonya was very helpful. I did not deal with Jack during this purchase, however he has been a great source of information through the years.
