Satisfied with my 2019 BMW X5 I have experience with Mercedes but this is my first time to buy BMW. I was very satisfied with my purchase ( BMW X5) and I definitely recommend the BMW of Little Rock.

Tire repair Hit a pothole Weds night that blew out my tire. The Team at BMW has a loaner read the next AM and had my car ready later that afternoon. Super helpful!

BMW of Little Rock Experience The staff is extremely friendly for the minute you park until the time you leave. I also found all of the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and willing to find the right answer to anything that they did not know. The added resource of the ???BMW Genius ??? was very impressive. Recall service I was notified of a recall from BMW North America - I had only recently moved to Little Rock. I had no issues getting the repairs done! Even being new to town they dropped me off at work and picked me up on time when the repairs were completed.

Regular service schedule My BMW 328 was due for regular scheduled service, oil change, etc. Also, requested BMW emblem be replaced on right front tire rim and requested check on alignment. BMW was pulling slightly right. Mechanic discovered tie rod was damaged and recommended replacing. All this work plus vehicle alignment was completed satisfactorily.
