Dr. Kotlus did an amazing job. I interviewed several surgeons about severe bags under my eyes, and most recommended fat reposition. Although Dr. Kotlus can do that procedure, he pointed out that in my case autologous fat transfer would provide a better transition from the lower eyelid to the cheekbone area, reducing the hollows further, and he was right. In addition, I'm in my sixties and gave Dr. Kotlus the additional task of not trying to make me look like I'm in my 20s, and he hit the mark. Highly recommend
Dr. Kotlus is an extremely skilled surgeon with an eye for perfection and the most wonderful bedside manner. I couldn't be happier with results of my upper blepharoplasty. I traveled to NY to have my upper blepharoplasty and a filler under eyes done by Dr. Kotlus. The procedure went very well. I am healing nicely and love my new younger looking eyes. Highly recommend Dr. Kotlus!!
There is no better doctor or staff! I had severe eye bags and still with swelling I can see how amazing a job Dr Kotlus did! He was so kind and put my mind at ease before and after the surgery! Bedside manner, ease of scheduling, zero wait time, a dr who comes out to the lobby to greet you himself, and truly the most amazing outcomes, I can say with 100 percent certainty there is no better doctor!
Dr Kotlus and his staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend!!! Dr Kotlus thoroughly explained the procedure and the recovery period so there were no surprises. I had no pain, only slight discomfort and was back to normal activity quickly. The results exceeded my expectations.
