I was referred by a training nurse from the pharmaceutical injectables, which is enough. Dr. Kotlus is Far more competent, with a better eye and painless hand than I have seen in a long time. At 58, I can use the help. Dr. Kotlus addressed areas of tear trough overfill, and with a practiced eye and hand is getting me back to my confident self. I plan on an upper bleph. Plus am handing over any Botox and filler responsibility. I want to be my best, which is real and not an artificial look. Grateful I met him. He injected over... read more

Let me preface this by writing there aren’t enough words to describe how I would like to wax poetic about Dr. Kotlus and his know-how, expertise, affability and, yes, my results. I specifically went to him for his expertise and patient results involving the eyes. I had been suffering for many years with lower eyelid bags that made me look tired or allergy-riddled even when that wasn’t the case. The surgery was a complete success to me. I am so happy with my results. Couldn’t have asked for more. Even people who had no clue I... read more

Ever since I was young, I’ve had hollows and bags under my eyes. They used to be something I could just manage with concealer, sleep, hydration, and skincare, but once I passed 30, that changed dramatically and made me so self conscious. I went to another provider to get undereye filler based on her good reviews and an amazing Instagram, but my results and experience left much to be desired. (Very little difference, extremely overpriced, and not a great bedside manner or follow up.) I contacted Dr. Kotlus for a second opinio... read more

I did a lot of research on tear trough fillers for dark circles under my eyes that didn't respond to any cream or serum or over the counter treatment. I spent countless hours researching doctors and reviewing before and after photos. I chose to go Dr. Kotlus because of his credentials and the vast number of positive reviews that he had, and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Kotlus uses a cannula to place filler under the eyes and I was very nervous about pain, but when he did the procedure it was virtually painless. The results ... read more

I had multiple consultations with other doctors in New York and Los Angeles and Dr Kotlus was by far the most informative. Due to covid I had a Skype consultation and he answered my questions, suggested something that no one else mentioned regarding my eye, which set him apart from my other consults. He has an amazing staff whom are very nice and accommodating. Anytime I called with questions, they directly asked Dr. Kotlus, and got back to me within the same day. I could not be happier with my results and I’m so glad I went... read more

I saw Dr. Kotlus yesterday for my surgical follow up. He said I’m healing really quickly and well. I had maybe 2 days of purple bruising, it’s all been faded yellow. I did take Bromelain 2x a day and Arnica 3x day starting 2 days before surgery. Had to gave up the Arnica 2 days post-op as it upset my stomach. I also was doing the cold gel pak compress every hour for10 minutes for 2 full day. Day 3 started warm compress. My left eye, which initially was totally bloodshot and irritated is about 85% better. However, now my righ... read more

Friendly, warm, knowledge, light-handed, and all-around nice guy. Very happy with his work. Having needles anywhere near your eyes is terrifying but he was reassuring and injected in a way that left no bruising. Oh, his staff is really kind, too!
