My under eye bags are gone - no one believes I am 51 I had several procedures performed by Dr. Kotlus. Dr Kotlus's bedside manner is great and he really makes you feel at ease. This is the first time I've had anything other than Botox and I am always very nervous about doing anything to my eyes. But he reassured me that it was safe and it was not painful at all. Dr Kotlus is a very talented surgeon who is also very kind and patient. I had upper eyelid surgery and also had my under eye bags removed. I had minimal bruising and recovery time wasn’t difficult. I was back to work in one week. The results are very natural, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr. Kotlus did an amazing job. I interviewed several surgeons about severe bags under my eyes, and most recommended fat reposition. Although Dr. Kotlus can do that procedure, he pointed out that in my case autologous fat transfer would provide a better transition from the lower eyelid to the cheekbone area, reducing the hollows further, and he was right. In addition, I'm in my sixties and gave Dr. Kotlus the additional task of not trying to make me look like I'm in my 20s, and he hit the mark. Highly recommend
