Excellent as always however it would help us if we were kept in touch with delays. We completely understand that delays are unavoidable but we would really appreciate a little communication in the waiting room.Â

Very pleasant staff but a little chaotic with the amount of animals that needed to be seen with the number of staff. Reminded me of A and E ! I'd the blood test had been taken when I was told it would be , the whole procedure would have been completed a lot quicker. Was not given written results when I left and had to ask for them. But as I say the vet who I didn't see till we collected our pet at 10.45pm was very nice, all nurses very pleasant.
