It was a quick phone call to follow up after seeing the vet today with my two bunnies. I'd forgotten to ask her about flea and worm treatment and Alex was great answering my querry and ordered the items. I also booked one of them for dental surgery as the vet had advised.

I have just had a couple of appointments to get my 3 guinea pigs nails trimmed. They are all rescues and can be abit nervous but the nurse Meghan was lovely, she was so good with then they weren't stressed or fidgeting. Meghan was quick and kind and very efficient and I would happily put my animals in her care.

First visit to this vet, receptionist was friendly and the vet was so helpful, not pushy as in just about the money, gave me several choices in treatments . The appointment wasn't rushed I'm so impressed and it's great to have a vets that i can trust with my dog

Fabulous as always . I got caught in traffic and was allocated another vet so grateful for this. The vet I saw was amazing she was from Israel apologies just recall her name begins with an S. She was gentle with my dog and so professional and explained everything thoroughly Many thanks Kim
