I was happy to be given a same day appointment for our dog who we suspected had a tick above his ear. We were seen quickly and the vet was very kind and reassuring to both my dog and myself, and carefully inspected the suspect area. It was decided that there was no tick, but rather a wart type of lump that we will just need to keep an eye on. Worth the visit for the reassurance.

The vet explained what was needed for my dogs dental care and after care.When we collected him the night nurse was very caring and took me through what had been done and medication to be given. Ver caring team throughout.

Very well. very happy with our dog’s health check and vaccinations by Enrico. But my telephone call for NexGard tablets, requested last week, had not been processed and therefore I will have to make a further visit to collect them
